Philip S. Smith
Graduated from the University of Victoria (1987) with a BSc degree specializing in geography, automated cartography and computer science. From 1988 - 2000 worked for the Canadian Dept. of National Defence (DND) as an IT Manager, and lead the development of several Geographical Information Systems initiatives. In 2000 left the DND to launch LSI Logistix Solutions and has since established a successful consulting and software engineering business.
